So i have been thinking about starting a blog, i collect figures and toys and there are a lot of times that i can't find information about certain collections compiled in the same place. My idea was to be the solution for all that, i could compile everything and share information, photos and assets about the collection that i have. Besides adsense what other ways could i use to monetize this? I don't see a way to use affiliate products in this niche

To me it's just blog posts on a website, optional though they say it can get traffic. I get more on pages...though I got fast at editing them with Yoast now.
Tip: Jetpack has image generation for the posts.
Once you know what Yoast wants for SEO you can go fast. Scan/read the article, insert keyword, space paragraphs, H2 if necessary and bold keyword.
This is what I'm doing on my latest tests. We will see if they pull anything...this is for affiliate websites (23). Go big or go home.

Yes, now you have a lot more tools to speed up the process. Don't need to rely on someone specifically, as there are AI tools to help you.

You have to steal like an artist. I am not asking to copy paste everything. Make you niche more sophisticated. Try harder and constantly. Yes, blogging is still a thing in 2026. You can start from what you have already. Hope for the best.
Blogging can still work in 2026 but I do not think publishing basic articles alone is enough anymore. I would try to make the niche more valuable with original research personal experience photos, databases, and useful guides. For a collecting site building an email list could also open doors to sponsored promotions from toy shops. Display ads are an option too but a loyal niche audience can give you more ways to earn.

Not worth in my opinion. If you want to start something new, try to predict the future. Maybe high authentic blogs can still work. But all that how to do, product overview, recipes/food etc. I would say no. In a few years there is almost no traffic anymore.
Yeah my whole ideia was to make more of a niche blog with valuable informations with personal data, photos and things i learnt from collecting and buying a specific toy line or brand. What you are saying really makes sense to me, thank you!

I can easily find niches that build traffic fast but there is no good affiliate offer for them so it seems you have the same problem. For the good niches, google will give a nice AI overview that will take your traffic, so not worth building a blog.
