I do not think this case is that unusual, especially with peptides, Meta may just be reviewing the account again. I have seen accounts run fine for months and then suddenly get hit. If there is a review option, I would just appeal properly once rather than changing random things and making it harder to fix

UPDATE ON MY THREAD:

I made a new meta account

as soon as i attached the pixed or connected the website, account got banned again before i could even add the creatives etc
 
Peptides are considered a prohibited product on Facebook. I don't think there is any point in filing an appeal; if you want to continue promoting them, you will have to use backup accounts—ideally with new devices and network environments.
 
Try contacting customer support to file an appeal. It will take about 2 or 3 days of waiting; with any luck, you might be able to recover your account.

I really feel your pain about the account restriction/banned. In a situation like this i think you really need a cloaking setup for your ads not to get suspended or disapproved by the bot moderator

This account is 50/50 you might get it back if you appeal it and it might get permanently disable but now i will advise you to get an agency meta ads account and make sure you go deeper about cloaking to understand how cloaking works so you can go for the right tools to setup cloaking for your peptides ads on meta to make it run smoothly without getting banned and make sure your campaign, ad set and ads are well setup too so that it can generate conversion
 
Your account has been banned.
You can appeal to Meta.
However, I think appealing to recover the account is quite difficult; you should create a new one.
 
there are services that have decent chances of getting the ad account back, that offer payment after it has ben de-restricted. just make sure you don't fall for the ones that ask for payment upfront. if you choose to go with one of these, make sure to not file an appeal.
