Meta Ban Wave ?

Things have been heavily disrupted over the past few days; it seems Meta is scanning and flagging quite a few accounts.

Yeah, I’ve noticed the same. Meta seems to be much more aggressive with automated reviews lately. It would be interesting to see whether this is a temporary wave or part of a broader enforcement change.

Facebook has been conducting a massive sweep over the past week, locking both personal and business accounts; the platform is becoming increasingly baffling.

Meta seems to launch a ban wave roughly once every six months, and it can end up disabling both violating and non-violating accounts. This has become a major problem over the past two years, and unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a real solution to it.

tbh its definitely a major wave but buying new BMs right now is just throwing money away. if they are linked to the same setup or IP they will just keep getting flagged instantly. id wait a few days for things to cool down and check if its your domain or card that got blacklisted... sometimes its not even the BM itself but the fingerprint.
Sure, one needs to pinpoint the cause before going ahead with adding more BMs. It is essential to check everything including the domain, payment method, account history, and the whole system itself.

Meta lost almost 20 billions on latest law suits and got 6 months to fix FB and IG or more penalties are comming their way

Does anyone experienced a lot of bans these week ?

I lost all of my business managers :weep:
I've encountered a similar situation, but it seems that verified Business Manager accounts can still function normally if you're advertising content that doesn't violate policies.

This happens to all types of ad accounts, even agency accounts and verified Business Managers. However, from what I’ve seen, unverified accounts don’t seem to be scanned as heavily and have remained relatively stable so far
I’d check lead quality by keyword/search term first, then compare it with location, device, and landing-page intent. If the clicks are relevant but leads are weak, the form/offer may be attracting low-intent users rather than the traffic itself.

everybody in our industry is getting hit. best to lay low and only do the absolute essentials until it cools down
we've been waiting on it to get better since Monday but so far it does not appear to get any better. always seasons with meta, this one shall pass too

I have noticed that sometimes the unused BM get restricted while the ones actively running still fine
after years in this working, I have learned there no formula that can tell u exactly when account will get hit. Risk is part of the game, so having solid backup setups is not optional

This is the current general situation; for now, personal accounts are the best option. Although they may be weaker, they still have a chance of remaining active, whereas Business Manager (BM) accounts are currently not viable.

it's general situation bro. most of people faced the same problem. but, now, everything seems better.
