Hello all, what would it take to get into selling legal iptv? Have any of you done it before?
I know you need license and all that but is there a way to simplify that process by going with one company or is it better to use some kind of legal aggregate?
What would such a thing cost?

Thank you for the replies and knowledge!

Yes, it can be done, but “legal IPTV” is very different from simply reselling an IPTV subscription. The main issue is having the proper rights to distribute the channels or content in the markets you are targeting.

If you're starting from scratch, I wouldn't assume that getting one licence covers everything. The rights can vary by country, channel, programme, and type of distribution. There can also be contracts, compliance requirements, infrastructure costs, and ongoing licensing fees.

A more practical route for a smaller business may be partnering with an established provider or authorised aggregator that already has the necessary distribution agreements. Before paying anyone, I'd verify exactly what rights they hold and whether those rights allow you to resell the service legally in your target market.

The cost can vary enormously depending on the content and territory, so I'd be cautious about anyone promising a cheap “fully legal” IPTV package without documentation.

Legal IPTV requires proper licensing rights for each channel/region you target, which gets expensive real fast. Your best bet if you don't have massive capital is becoming an authorized reseller for existing legal providers rather than trying to build your own infrastructure and legal deals from scratch

I don't think this will be viable I might be ignorant though. As an example, there was a popular app then (no longer in existence) on which you could view almost any movie, shows, and even live matches across Europe's big 5 all for free. But despite having a subscription on prime video, or Netflix, you still couldn't view a quarter of what that free app has to offer on any of these platforms. Why if I may ask? I believe same reason why a legal IPTV wouldn't be possible

"legal iptv" followed by "what would it take to get into?"...

I legit couldn't think of a more contradicting question and it falls under the old "if you have to ask, the best to avoid".

Yes it can be done, but it's an absolute mission and ain't free by any means.. the returns renting space make up for it but even then most are not legal.

Who the fucks got time for that.. certainly not anyone asking "how to?" on BHW...
