It seems that short personal lessons works out vry well for me. no fancy stuff at all just sharing what did not work and what did work such posts always get many more responses.
I achieve the best results with short text-based posts, practical tips, and real-life personal anecdotes, as well as posts that open with a compelling hook and encourage people to share their own experiences.
Informational posts and experience based posts get the most traction IMO.
Oddly enough my most successful attempts come from the posts I almost did not release. it seems likes some thing hastily thrown together was more enticing than something that were obviously wells thought out.
Your LinkedIn post should be authentic and attractive. If people finds creativity in your posts then they will automatically focus on your post and will try to connect with you for more detailed information.
