I’ve recently started trying to sell health supplements on Facebook. With a daily budget of $500, I manage to generate 2–3 orders, but whenever I increase the budget, sales don't go up. Could anyone offer some advice?

Dont just double the budget on the same ads, make new ads and add the budget to them, also if you run ads in small population countries that could be the problem

Definitely, this is pretty common. If sales the budget, Your audience or creative may already be saturated. I'd my advice on testing new creatives, improving the offer /landing page, and increasing the budget gradually instead of making big jumps. Also check your CPA and profit before scaling.

Spending $500 on advertising to generate only 2–3 orders might seem very costly, but if the campaign remains profitable, you should increase the budget—though the increase should not exceed $100 per day.

Maybe aside from the paid ads, you could join relevant health-related groups, genuinely share useful knowledge, and answer people’s questions. By building trust and becoming a helpful resource, people may remember you when they’re ready to buy and be more likely to buy from you.

Instead of increasing the budget, you can duplicate the ad group.

If increasing your budget does not result in more conversions, your company is poorly optimized.

It sounds like the campaign is about to hit the limits for scaling its audience. Instead of investing more money into the same pool, I would analyze the CPA of the audiences based on creatives and repeat the successful experiment in other audiences

Scaling the budget too quickly can disrupt campaign performance focus on improving the conversion rate and testing audiences or creatives before increasing spend gradually.

I’m also really struggling with this concern. I increased my ad budget, but I feel the level of engagement doesn't really justify the cost.

Your ads don't seem to be performing very well, but if you still want to increase your budget, you should do so gradually, no more than 30% per day, or you could copy successful ad groups to increase your budget faster.

I believe you increased the budget for the existing ad, yet the audience in that campaign is only generating 2–3 orders. You should duplicate and expand the audience to reach more potential buyers; this will help optimize your budget.

scaling the spend won’t create more buyers if the creative or landing page is limiting conversion. I’d break down CTR > landingpage conversion > purchase rate and find where it drops.

When you're running on such a low budget, you naturally reach the audience that is most likely to convert, and as you scale your creative needs do "work harder" to engage with users that are less likely to convert.

What you explained looks like either your creative is not good enough or your pixel needs more conversion data.

It could also be a setup issue but you got some good advice regarding that already.

Maybe your budget jumps are resetting your learning phase. Any budget change over 20% can trigger that

The buyers are limited maybe to your product in one region that is why scaling is not working

i’d avoid increasing the budget too aggressively when the current campaign is only producing a few orders because the extra spend may just amplify the same bottleneck i’d test the audience creative landing page and offer first then scale gradually once the conversion rate is stable
