How to pay with a US card on tiktok im not from the US on tiktok ads i have a ad profile made in the us and it only lets me pay with us card

Go to the billing section of TikTok Ads and add your payment card

your only real option is getting a US virtual card that has 3ds, but skip the usual prepaid ones since Tiktok rejects most of them anyway. Just put the exact US address from your card profile and make sure there is a couple bucks on it for the auth check. I would not mess with not US ip while attaching it either, that always messes up
