I’m working on improving the structure of my blog posts and wanted to see how others are doing it. Do you normally follow a specific structure with H2s, H3s, intro, conclusion, FAQs etc, orr just structure the post naturally depending on the topic? What’s been working best for you?

I usually start with search intent first, then build the structure around what the reader actually needs. H2s and H3s, FAQs, and conclusions help, but flow should feel natural, not forced.

it is like a road map nd not a mere format.the introduction should be able to give some indication of the topic, while each section under the headings should address only one part of the topic.in addition i preffer the important answers being included before the conclusion.the format must be such that the post feels more readable nd not written just to tick some boxes.

i m still new to the world of blogs but from what i observe, the right structure would be determined by the question of the reader rather than following any format strictly. my first step would be to give the answer to the main question, divide the topic into sections nd use H3 only where necessary.
how about u have u ever observed that reworking the structure according to search intent improved engaggement?

FAQs can be useful when there are obvious related questions but I wouldn’t add them just for SEO.

Add examples where they actually help explain the topic. A simple example can make a long explanation much easier to understand.

Yes I use H2s and H3s for emphasis. Usually I try to match/answer the search intent of my audience with those.

Yes, illustrations help understand technical ideas better. I would use them only when they illustrate the idea directly, otherwise they just tend to complicate things further.

A blog post structure shouldn't be a one-format-style since every question has it's unique pattern to respond. The most important part should be the Introduction that covers almost everything you will be introducing beneath. Then you follow the logic as per the question

I usually follow a simple structure with a clear intro, H2s..H3s..and a conclusion. FAQs depend on the topic. I do not force a template though search intent and readability come first.

A good blog structure should be easy to read. I usually start with a quick introduction, cover the main points using H2s and H3s, answer common questions, and finish with a short conclusion.
