Telegram ads just changed the game, added new ways of targeting users

Earlier with a normal TON/Gram account you were only able to target Channels, Bots and search queries with limited ways of targetting users across the telegram app. The functionality was available on telegram ads euro accounts.

User targeting:
Ad placement
Target countries
Target locations
Target user languages
Target topics
Target channel audiences
Target device type
All devices
Exclude topics
Exclude channel audiences
Channel targeting:
Target channel languages
Target topics
Target specific channels
Exclude topics
Exclude specific channels

Does TG ads even convert? I've never been interested in any ads I've seen in the telegram

It's an overall nice update and now we can narrow down the market to get our ideal customers easier!
 
Telegram is actually on fire these few days. From applying for their own domain to now introducing targeted ads. This is a helpful move as we can now get who we want to see what we are about. it's a win for us
 
Yeah, the targeting options on Euro accounts are much more flexible. Being able to target users by location, language, topics and channel audiences gives you a lot more control than just targeting specific channels.
 
I’m still learning about Telegram Ads, but these new options look useful. Having more ways to choose the audience should make it easier to test what works instead of targeting too broadly.

Would be interesting to see some real campaign results from people who have already tried them.
 
The exclusion part is actually pretty interesting. Sometimes avoiding the wrong audience can save money too Would be cool to see if this makes a real difference in ad costs.
 
I haven’t used telegram Ads much myself but I can see why the targeting would be useful. Being able to leave out certain audiences is nice too, especially when you don’t want to waste money on people who aren’t interested lol.
