• Budget allocation

This service is available exclusively to legal businesses with offers permitted by the selected advertising platform.
We do not accept blackhat campaigns, cloaking, fake engagement, prohibited products, misleading offers, illegal services, counterfeit products, stolen accounts, unauthorized payment methods, or campaigns designed to circumvent platform enforcement.
The review period will begin after the reviewer provides all required account access, business information, website details, advertising assets, and other prerequisites.
Our ads-management fee will be completely waived for the seven-day review.
Advertising spend is a third-party cost charged by Google, Meta, or TikTok. Before starting the review, we request confirmation from the reviewing moderators regarding whether a reviewer-provided advertising budget is permitted under the FRC rules. We will not request any payment from the reviewer without explicit staff approval.

• Have an existing funded advertising balance if live traffic is required during the review; no payment will be made to us
• Provide the necessary advertising-account access through an approved and secure method
• Provide accurate business, website, and campaign information
• Provide the required advertising creatives or assets
• Have conversion tracking installed or permit us to review the tracking setup
• Be available to respond through the official BlackHatWorld group conversation during the review
• Agree that all communication will remain inside the staff-created BlackHatWorld group conversation
• Understand that campaign approval, revenue, ROAS, leads, sales, and other specific results cannot be guaranteed
We do not accept illegal, misleading, blackhat, cloaked, or platform-prohibited offers. Applicants requesting fake engagement, bots, artificial CTR, stolen accounts, unauthorized payment methods, or policy circumvention are not eligible.
