My Google Ads CPA Jumped 40% Overnight, Anyone Seen This?

something sttrange I am noticing in one of my google ads campaigns. my CPA suddenly went up around 40% overnight. I did not make any big changes to the campaign, so I am not sure what causiing it . Clicks and traffic do not look very diffrent, but the cost per conversion has changed a lot.
Has anyone had this happen before? What usually causes such a sudden CPA jump?

check your conversions tracking first. if some conversions are not being tracked, your CPA can suddenly look much higher.

Such a big spike is something that may require looking into the conversion level first to see what is happening
I would check conversion tracking, search terms, device and location performance, as well as the volume of conversions.
