Hello guys,
I am new to Reddit marketing and still figuring things out.
My comments often get removed, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
Any simple tip for me?

From my experience, Reddit is less about posting and more about account trust. Don't rush links, you should first build activity with normal comments, small replies, and consistent engagement for a few days. Once your account look natural, your success rate improve a lot.

Most removals happen because Reddit is very strict with new accounts. Do not try to promote too fast. You should first spend some time commenting normally and joining discussions. Also try to make sure to read the subreddit rules before posting because every subreddit works differently. Some allow links, some do not.

Start slow. Reddit removes a lot of comments from new or low-karma accounts, especially if they look promotional. Join real discussions first, give useful answers, and avoid links at the beginning. Every subreddit has different rules, so check them before posting. Build trust first, promote later.

Your comments are likely getting removed because you're running afoul of the platform's rules, so definitely check out the community guidelines and focus on adding genuine value to discussions to avoid getting flagged

Be a part of a subreddit you know too well about the conversation going on there, and your comments won’t be removed.

Check whether removals are subreddit automod or Reddit-wide filtering first, because fixing a rules issue and fixing an account-trust issue are two totally different games.

- Read subreddit rules
- read messages on why you're being removed
- dont register multiple accounts on your device b/c they will be detected and deleted

Keep patience, when you use Reddit.ita a platform where only real user behaviour is acceptable. So follow the rules.

Start by reading the subreddit rules before commenting. Keep your comments helpful and natural, and avoid dropping links or promoting anything too early. Build some genuine activity first, it helps a lot.

The biggest thing I’d watch is whether the subreddit actually allows promotional content I’d spend some time reading the rules and existing posts first then contribute normally before sharing anything related to marketing

I would stay away from promoting anything early on first read the rules on the subreddit and then add some actual value that relates to the conversation

I’d just keep an eye on which subreddits remove my comments and which ones don’t. After trying a few, you’ll slowly figure out where your comments work better. Reddit is basically a little trial and error game at first

Maybe try replying to a few posts where you actually have something to say, instead of thinking about marketing every time. I think Reddit can tell pretty quickly when a comment feels forced
Just keep it normal in the beginning and see what works.

I’d probably check a few comments that are already staying up in that subreddit. Seeing what kind of replies people like there might be easier than trying to figure everything out yourself.

Yeah, Reddit can be a little confusing when you’re new I’ve had comments disappear too, even when they seemed pretty normal. I’m still figuring it out, but I’ve found that just watching
how people talk in a subreddit helps a lot.

One thing I’d try is keeping my comments focused on the actual question instead of adding extra stuff just to sound smart Sometimes a simple, clear reply is enough. No need to write a whole novel under every post.

indeed, a brief response with substance will outdo a lengthy one that does not have anyting substantive to offer. when participating in forums, incorporating personal experiences into even just a few lines is valuable.

reddit ads actually bite when you set a $5 daily budget on r/startups and use the "interest targeting" toggle; I got 200 impressions and 12 quality clicks in the first 48 hours
