What's up BHW.
I'll be straight with you — I'm not here to flex a success story. I'm here because I've been building something serious on the tech side and I've hit a wall on the operational side that nobody seems to want to talk about openly. This space is gatekept harder than almost anything I've seen online and I'm done trying to find the answers in $2k Discord servers and vague YouTube content.
So I'm posting the build publicly and asking the real questions. Let's get into it.
What I'm Actually Building
The vision is an AI OFM agency — not just one model, but a scalable operation managing multiple AI-generated personas across platforms. Content creation, traffic, chat, conversion — as automated as possible with AI handling the heavy lifting at every layer.
On the content side, I'm not playing around. I'm running ComfyUI on an RTX 6000 Blackwell GPU with custom and paid workflows built specifically for persona consistency. Static images, content tiers, batched output — that side of the pipeline is dialed. I'm also building out a first-frame-to-last-frame video workflow to produce short clips because I think static-only operations are leaving money on the table.
On the operations and automation side — that's where I'm building and learning at the same time. I have tools in place for device-based automation across both Android and iPhone, and I'm integrating AI-powered management layers to handle things at agency scale rather than one-account-at-a-time scale. OpenClaw is part of that stack — not for chat, but for agency-level operational management.
I'm not going to pretend I have this all figured out. The tech I can build. The OFM agency
operations side is what I'm here to learn.
The Real Questions I Can't Find Answers To
This is the meat of why I'm posting. If you've been in this space and you're willing to share, I'm all ears:
Phone Farms
I'm not just here to extract information. As I build this out I'll be documenting everything — workflow breakdowns, what automation setups actually work, AI integration results, revenue milestones, failures, all of it. If you're building something similar I want to compare notes.
The content pipeline is ready. The tools are built. Now I need the operational knowledge that everyone seems to be sitting on.
If you've cracked any piece of this — drop it in the thread. Let's actually have the conversation this space needs.
[Following along costs nothing — sub to the thread and let's build this in public]

The Real Questions I Can't Find Answers To
This is the meat of why I'm posting. If you've been in this space and you're willing to share, I'm all ears:
Phone Farms
- What's the current meta — dedicated burner devices per account or are emulators viable again?
- Android vs iPhone — is there actually a meaningful difference for IG specifically, or does it come down to the proxy and account age?
- What specs matter when buying burners in bulk? Minimum RAM, OS version, anything that actually moves the needle?
- How are people managing SIM cards and mobile data at scale without it becoming a logistics nightmare?
- How do serious agencies actually structure account ownership — one entity, multiple LLCs, something else?
- What's the real ceiling on accounts one operation can manage before quality starts slipping?
- Are there tools people are actually using for cross-account management or is everyone just doing it manually?
- For those running AI for DMs — what's the actual conversion difference vs human chatters vs hybrid?
- How are people handling the compliance side of AI-generated chat responses?
- What does a real chatter workflow look like at agency scale — are people hiring VAs, running fully automated, or something in between?
Traffic Sources
- What's actually converting right now in 2025 for funneling to paid platforms? TikTok, IG Reels, Reddit, something else entirely?
- Are people running paid traffic to AI model accounts or is it strictly organic?
- How long are people typically spending in the growth phase before accounts are producing meaningful revenue?
Platform Rules & Bans
- What are the actual tripwires right now for IG bans on automation? Specific actions, velocities, anything quantifiable?
- How are people warming new accounts — is there a standard protocol or is everyone figuring it out independently?
- For the paid platforms specifically — what's the real risk profile of running AI-generated content, and how are people managing it?
Agency Structure
- At what point does it make sense to bring in other people and what roles matter first?
- How are successful agencies pricing their services or structuring rev share with models if any real humans are involved?
