Can I promote my porn site via x ?

I have a porn site I am unsure if I should just post watermarked videos and pictures or if I can actually link to my porn site once I get 1000 followers any advice would be nice thanks.

I will tell you what I know regarding adult content on X. It's allowed, that much you probably know. But it has to be labeled as sensitive content and cannot appear on prominent spaces (like your profile pic or banner), and failing to do so is a bannable offense. X can also get assy about the nature of the links in your posts, and you are not safe from them being considered spam. I'd check older OG in your niche and see what they are doing.

Now my opinion regarding reaching the 1k followers... I have grown my X account to a decent amount of users by doing kind of "implicit" follow x follow, and I am now kinda stuck, with my feed filled by the same people every day. If you have original content to post, I'd do it from day one tbh.

I’d check the platform rules first before putting too much effort into it. A watermark is fine for branding, but the 1,000-follower mark doesn’t necessarily mean you can freely send traffic to an adult site.
