HAF - Looking for someone who can set up a Google Knowledge Panel for an individual and a company

This has to include the sources generation (like crunchbase profile) but the individual has social media and is cited in some articles, interviews, etc.
He's a co-founder of the company we want this knowledge panel for (the company panel is not as important, so it's good even if you can only do individual panels)
