I know a few people who provide virtual cards and discounted ad spend, meaning you can run $100 worth of ads while only paying $50–$70.
 
I think for the autopay and payment limits it’s better to use a normal verified payment method because bin's can vary by bank and region.
 
You should use a legit card and build payment history because meta usually increases the threshold after successful payments and generated BINs are risky and can cause payment issues or account restrictions.
