for new X account at first, build good content and a real audience organically. Then use paid promotion to boost posts that are already performing well. so Organic builds trust paid helps you scale faster.

It depends on what i want to do with the X account. If i need immediate reach, i would go for both paid and organic. If it's a long term, i will concentrate on organic initially.

I would probably use both I’d probably as organic content helps build the trust and paid ads can helps in grow faster.
