NOT DMCA-ignored. On the very FIRST report that was submitted, they told us that we needed to remove the content or to pay more money for a different server. I requested to receive the actual report that was submitted but the request was ignored, the server was deactivated, and the account was blocked without a refund. DO NOT use this host for DMCA-ignored or in general, since the VPS was very slow to begin with. The links were blacked out for privacy.

Why did you hide the links to the content and fail to provide the actual material in question? Why did you publish photos of our employees without permission? You keep referring to someone allegedly promising to ignore DMCA complaints, but the complaint submitted against you was not a DMCA complaint. It was a regional complaint applicable within the jurisdiction where the server is hosted. Does that somehow not matter in your view?
You were fully aware that this would be the case in the Netherlands, yet you consciously rejected the option of hosting in Ukraine, which would have been far more suitable for this particular project and its content.
I find this manipulative tactics are considered non effective, especially when our employees are putting in 100% effort every day to provide a high-quality service.

2. An opportunity to request a refund was not given. Our account was blocked without notice by HH employees
3. The title of the support ticket created by the HH employee had "DMCA" in the title
4. I did not reject anything. I requested a copy of the report/complaint and the HH employee blocked our account instead
I am simply giving other users in this forum a fair warning since our account got blocked and a refund was not provided when the only "issue" was a DMCA complaint.
