You certainly does not have to go big to get started. Just choose one niche, learn some basic scripting or may be editing skills and use AI to automate the boring tasks just ensure ur videos remains unique and valuable.

Mostly used by creators are higgsfield, kling Ai, veo3 and Sora for video generation and elevenlabs for voice over. After generating videos and voiceover use canva or any Ai tool to design a thumbnail then edit the video with effects, filters and add sfx to make it more better and upload it.

I'd just start messing around with it. Pick a niche, make a few videos, and see what happens. There are tons of AI tools out there, so don't waste too much time trying to figure everything out beforehand.
