Do not go with him. He is a big scammer, and Black Hat World cannot help with these issues.
Also, be careful with the $900 USDT payment. I asked if I could pay via PayPal, but he said they only accept USDT. Keep in mind that if they fail to deliver what they promised, you generally cannot raise a PayPal dispute or get the same buyer protection with a USDT payment.
