I'm looking for some new ideas that are low maintenance that I can just run in the background while I work on other stuff. What I am wondering is what are everyone's most effective setups, where should I spend the most time setting it up?

Few ideas:

1) Automated reel creation: I use a cloned/generated voice and with AI scriptwriting, remotion and elevenlabs possibly, I can constantly generate new reels and videos to post on all social media platforms.

2) Automated email cold outreach. Scrape/buy lists -> smartlead type email automation.

What else? Anyone using clawdbot type automations for social media interaction?

  1. Main/slave social accounts & farming activity
  2. The opposite of what you describe as outreach - i.e. managing inbound emails through a personal assistant handling context relevancy, automated responses & scheduling meetings. Saves SO MUCH time that I don't even have to oopen Gmail, ever again.
  3. As for outreach, scraping pages from 2-5 of Google search results & promoting niche-related services.

There are quite a few more marketing campaigns in the works although I'm not at liberty of sharing details.

I have yet to try if this works, but my only marketing automation so far is ChatGPT monitoring the best posting days and times so I can match those when posting on LinkedIn.
If this alone can give me from 10 to 30% more exposure I will be more than happy :)

I’m mostly into simple stuff like scheduled posts and follow-ups, nothing too crazy—just things that save time.

I've found content repurposing and reporting automations pretty useful. they save time without needing much babysitting once they're set up.

I've been liking content repurposing and reporting automations. once they're set up they can run in the background and save a decent amount of time.

I love simple automations for follow ups email, scheduling, etc. It's all about saving me time without being overly robot like

Well, since I'm building up selling channels and stuff like that, the MKT products are probably my most recommended products. Saves me a lot of time making posts and finding customers

One boring automation I’d add is campaign QA + lead routing

Have it alert you when a landing page dies, a form stops working, tracking disappears, or a campaign keeps spending with zero conversions

For inbound leads, you can tag them by source/service and push them straight into the CRM with a follow-up task

Not as flashy as auto reels, but it’s low maintenance and catches stuff that can quietly waste money
