Anyone purchased a blog recently?

Not dead, but buyers now demand real traffic, revenue, strong niches, and clean histories.
One answer to the current difficulties is to build a blog along black hat lines, that does not depend on Google. Solve each problem as you construct it. Clean history? Use a new brandable url with no history. A strong niche? Pick an evergreen category, with the latest hot search terms under your topic. Revenue? In addition to affiliate commissions or product and service sales, use passive sources for monetization (CPM banner or text ads, paid redirect links, paid/blockchain earning articles and downloads) to make something regardless of anybody buying something).

Traffic? Post articles on parasites or the "four horsemen of high traffic" (medium, reddit, quora, linkedin) pointing to your money page(s). Aggressively throw in video posts, influencer tie-ins, Web 2.0 properties and social media feeding the same pages, then blast all these feeder pages using them as buffers to get eye balls to the money site. Much of it will be spam traffic, but some will be real traffic, and if scaled enough that will be strong organic visitors driving more earnings (active and passive) to the blog.

I feel the market of website and blog flipping is already dead. Do you agree or still there are examples of such deals happening?
Website flipping isn’t dead; the market is just more selective. Low-quality sites are harder to sell, but real assets with traffic, revenue, and growth potential still have strong value.

there are still deals happening but buyers more picky now. sites with real traffic solid content and steady income are much easier to sell than random blogs.

Back when it was easier to make money with AdSense, I used to buy a new blog every month. Nowadays, monetizing blogs has become much more difficult, so I no longer buy blogs.
