TBH I would not bother looking for the cheapest panel. In case the likes does not stick, it would not really matter how cheap it is only if it looks genuine.

Yess i think cheap likes were purged quite quickly nowadays. As far as i am concerned using fewer likes from older active accounts is better than getting thousands of vry low quality likes.
i m fairly new to working on utube, so m still learning what techniques actually work well for long term use. i have noticed others have said that buying cheaper likkes may get taken away once the system catches u using them on utube. is there any information out there regarding this, or have u tried some safer means that keep the likes?

There are specialized websites where people like posts or leave comments. Also, there are payments for actions.

So I think what actually moves the needle on videos is watch time - I still believe YT sees that as engagement a lot of people don't like or comment and sub its just reality the metric is time watching so lets say 10 YT accounts watch the full video - that's a much bigger incentive to YT to push you up the ladder - and I'm not just pulling this out of may ass - look at how many streamers upload vlogs now instead of asking for likes and comments say something like "Please watch till the end this helps my channel" ! See its about ad's people who have 10k likes on video and only 1 hour watch time is no good to google that's just my thoughts on the matter not that I do many YT vids lol
