I have many traffic sources, telegram, social media, etc. I've been trying to promote adult CPA offers from lospollos and crakrevenue and the conversions are shit. What ad network/offers convert well?

Telegram and general social media often underperform for adult CPA. Use push traffic (iMonetizeit, RichPush) or adult-targeted native ads. Pick top adult CPA offers from networks like CrakRevenue or Adverten. Optimize landing pages, track closely, test small, then scale what works. Simple.

So traffic from telegram and social media is unmonetizable?
 
In my experience, nutra free trial offers in LATAM had way better ROI than adult in tier-1

Cold traffic with direct linking rarely converts well, especially for adult CPA.Use a strong prelander to warm up visitors, try smartlinks from CrakRevenue or similar networks, and focus on tier 2 GEOs where competition is lower.Track every step with proper analytics test, optimize, scale what works.

Yes, it’s monetizable but only if the traffic is high-quality and engaged. Spammy or untargeted clicks from Telegram won’t convert well. Focus on intent, not just volume.
 
Always have your offer match your niche if it's just guys and you send to a milf offer that will never work (just an example)
 
Create your own product and promote it. It could be a very simple _bot. Think of something like Undresss.

I earn over $5k per month per project on Telegram just by developing products like these.
