I may have some experience in this space, but more from the other side of the fence as a traffic or service supplier to fan profiles.

Anyway, three questions from the top of my head:

1) Have you tried any external traffic sources aka try to buy for example dating traffic, email dating traffic?

Would be curious about tracking (as this is often the weak part with OF)

2) Do you run profiles on multiple platforms?

AKA if you tried to get traction syndicating content on multiple platforms (example OF and Loyalfans)
and whether you see any difference in terms of conversion rates or spending per member on each

3) Have you ever tried any automated solution to monetize your inactive members?

I know some that should be able to identify your inactive members and take to activating them, but have no first-hand experience.

1. Yeah i am a huge fan of buying traffic, it makes scaling super easy and not having to rely on algos or anything as for what and where i have bought, tested a lot some i still use a lot of it was shit, tracking is also easy but agencies are renowned for being stingy. You can just use a tracking link on infloww shows the exact stats with sales too so can do rev share or pay per sub.

2. I know a lot of people who have onlyfans + a fansly page i have tried in the past however I find the extra effort to not be worth it. For some it probably is worth it depending on there traffic sources. So hard for me to say the difference in conversion besides from subscription conversation is so much higher on onlyfans then any other platform.

3. Theres a few features / ways you can however its not something I personally dig deep on and try to do, I find that old subscribers actually end up seeing model on other social platforms then end up coming back the ones who go most likely mute or restrict due to a few reason.
-Thinks Model is a Bot
-Knows its an Agency
-Doesnt wanna spend
-Bored of the content.

Do you run promotions on adult tube sites? Do you create profiles and upload short videos to tube sites? How many NSFW models do you have?

The idea of having a reddit instagram x tiktok strategy that's plug and play hire and scale sounds easy but it just never is hence why most agencies have a couple clients and not 50+ the best bet is to have chatters who understand how not to burn subscribers, and funneling between models so if a subscriber gets sick of client A for whatever reason he has Client B etc. Praying that each subscriber has a longer ltv even if its split between accounts.

you mentioned that the ‘plug and play’ Reddit/Instagram/X/TikTok strategy sounds easy but never is. what tends to make it difficult when you actually try to scale it?

Can you give some recommendations on promoting models in TikTok?
I haven't worked much with TikTok, but over the past year, a lot of people have moved from there to Instagram

Do you have any tips for Reddit traffic ?
How many accounts do you have per models ? How often do you post in subs ?

You can have 50+ Reddit accounts for one model or 1 it depends on your strategy, one thing i should note too there isnt 1 answer nor is anyone with good results going to say exactly what they do otherwise the results wouldnt be good haha

How do you do your postings for reddit? Cloud phones or physical?
