How often should a new TikTok account post daily?

the problem with doing too many a day is you will have less time for quality content, keep it to around 3 a day so you have more time to edit, review, and check out your metrics to understand what does best

For the first two weeks, 2-3 videos a day are enough; the main focus should be on video quality.

I recently started a TikTok page in the motivation niche and I'm confused about posting frequency.. Some people suggest 2 videos daily while others say 5-10 uploads are necessary. What posting schedule worked best for you during the early growth stage?
3 to 5 times per day are optimal as long as you're spacing out your posts in the day.

I’d start with 2–3 solid posts a day rather than flooding the feed. Test different hooks and posting times for a couple of weeks, then scale what actually gets traction.

I'd rather do 2-3 solid posts consistently than dump 10 videos a day. Especially early on testing different hooks matters more than just volume.

It would be better for me to start posting 2-3 good posts per day as oppsed to uploading 10 posts per day. Give each of the videos some time to collect data and see how it performs.

start with 2 or 3 videos a day and focus more quality consistency. posting 5 to 10 times daily can work but it can make the content feel rushed. test different times and formats. keep the schedule that gives you better retention and engagement

For a new account, I’d start with 1–2 quality videos a day and keep it consistent Posting 5–10 times daily sounds like a lot unless you already have enough good content to maintain that pace

I’d say 1–3 posts a day is a good start, then see what works best for your account.

You should post about 2–3 videos a day at 11:00 AM, 8:00–9:00 PM, and 11:00 PM

Do not fall for the trap of spamming 5 to 10 videos a day right out of the gate, or tiktok's algorithm will flag a brand new account as spam and shadowban you into zero views. In the motivation niche, it’s all about killer hooks in the first 3 seconds and watch time, so stick to 2 or 3 solid posts a day. Once a specific format actually starts gaining traction, then you can scale up the volume, but make sure you stay locked into one niche or the algorithm won't know who to push your content to.

Start with 1 _ 3 quality videos per day rather then posting 5 to 10 just for volume
Focus on strong hooks , retention, and consistency. After few weeks check the analytics and set the frequency
based on what performs best

Focus on making the edits visually appealing and engaging that is what truly matters. A consistent frequency of three videos a day is sufficient even two videos would be fine.

I think you should only post one or two videos a day. You should focus on the quality of your videos rather than putting too much emphasis on quantity.

yes you can do 10 publications a day, make sure to space them out by 2 hours atleadt. it would take 20-30 day for the algo to pick you up.

Consistency is key. 2 videos daily is perfect for a fresh account to get initial traction without burning out.

It’s best to just make 2 really high-quality clips a day, optimize the Hook in the first 3s to grab attention; once you’ve caught the right trend and tapped into the audience, then increase the posting frequency.

For a new motivation page, I wouldn't assume 5–10 uploads/day is necessary. TikTok's recommendation system isn't simply “more posts = more reach.” More posts can give you more experiments, but quality, viewer response, and consistency matter.

i'd start with 1 2 posts a day and see how they perform no need to force 5 to 10 uploads if the quality starts dropping.
