There are some tutorials on YouTube about generating backlinks with AI, what do you think about them? Total low quality or is there something useful to be made with those Ais about link building?

Most AI backlink are garbage if they promise automated links at large scale. But AI is genuinely useful for prospecting, competitor analysis, finding relevance, and improving outreach workflows. AI can speed up the process but it doesn’t help to turn automated spam links into valuable backlinks.

Haven't watched any of those YouTube videos myself, since we work on manual prospecting for everything. But to answer your question, instead of using AI to build links directly, I'd say using it to find and filter prospects is where it's actually useful. AI can help you sort through hundreds of potential sites quickly and narrow them down to the ones worth manually reviewing, saving a lot of manpower on the initial filtering stage; then you do the final vetting and outreach yourself.
That combination (AI for filtering, manual work for quality control and outreach) tends to be a lot more efficient than either doing everything manually or trying to get AI to build links outright, which usually ends up producing low-quality, easily detectable link patterns.

Avoid these methods. Manual backlinks are the real winners.

AI can help with research, content planning, and finding opportunities, but I wouldn't rely on AI alone to create quality backlinks. The quality and relevance of the website linking to you matter much more than how the outreach was produced.

AI is useful for prospect research, finding relevant sites, analyzing competitors, creating personalized outreach, and drafting contextual content. The actual value still comes from relevant websites, real editorial placement, quality content, and a natural link.

You can automate forum backlinks also known as social/vrowd using AI with browser automation. I had a prototype but it was buggy and I had no time

Ai can definitely save time with link building, but I would be careful with fully automated backlink tools.
They can create links on random or low quality websites, and that can make your backlink profile look messy. Some of those sites may also be spammy or completely unrelated to your niche.
I would rather use ai for finding prospects, research and outreach, then manually check the sites before getting a link.
ai can speed things up, but blindly generating backlinks can do more harm than good.

When using Ai, there is a time in the process that you suppose to manually do some things, you don't suppose to 100% leave everything for Ai to do. You don't need Ai to do manual backlinks.

AI can help find websites related to your niche. But I would still check the sites yourself, because AI can also find a lot of low quality ones.
It is gud that AI is applied to prospection and outreach but I am not going to use ai for acquiring links until I consider my choices. relevancy of the site nd the placement of the link matter more than prospection itself.
