What exactly makes a backlink "high quality"?

high quality backlink comes from relevant real website. the page have useful content and ideally get some real traffic too. relevance and context matter more than just a high da or dr number

For me, a high-quality backlink comes down to relevance, authority, and how naturally the link fits into the content. I’d prioritize links from real sites with genuine traffic and useful content over chasing high DA/DR numbers alone.
 
well for that you need to be a judge and to be a judge you need to study, keep reading and one day you will easily recognise what is a good link for your site.

I usually look at relevance, traffic and whether the site actually looks legit. metrics alone don't tell the whole story.
 
I always sugegst to focusing on relevant websites with good authority. do not just build lots of random links try to get a few quality ones instead.

i’d look at relevance and editorial placement first then the authority and real traffic of the referring site a natural link from a relevant trustworthy page is usually much more valuable than a bunch of links from unrelated sites with high DA/DR
 
For me, a high-quality backlink comes from a website with relevant content and high PA and DA. A high and consistent level of traffic is also an important factor.
