I think u should collaborate with some only fans model...this way u can convert some of the traffic and get some commission... 2nd option would be to pull this traffic to your website ...

You could promote some models on it, some agencies might want to purchase exclusive "right" to post on your subreddit without you deleting it.
You can do adult affiliate or your website as a pinned post which automod spams on every post, or you pin it at top of subreddit, though this is probably least good.
Best would be if your subreddit is some specific niche is to find of agencies that would like to advertise on your subreddit. You let their posts in, remove the competition and so on.

If you are getting this amount of traffic, why not look for a brand to promote or start a blog and direct the traffic to it, you will surely earn as far as you are getting much traffic.

use it to take traffic to a blog you own where you can promote models, or promote models directly in the subreddit

If you are willing to spend enough time, it is not impossible to manually collect their contact information as well.

Instead of finding models yourself, tie up with an agency doing OFM. Charge them per post.

D entirely on the niche, and you didn’t say what it is. A 200k sub about something with no commercial intent is worth less than a 15k one where people are asking what to buy.
The version that actually holds up is building something off Reddit, a newsletter or a simple site, and sending traffic there. Monetising inside the sub gets you moderator drama and the sub taken off you eventually, since Reddit doesn’t let you own the audience. Off platform, it’s yours.
