Hi, Google does not index and forget pages. It recrawls and re-evaluate pages frequently.

If the indexed pages are no value or with thin content, Google can de-index them the next time it crawls.

The purpose of indexer tool is to help your pages discover by Google faster. But if the pages have issue like low quality content/ duplicate content etc. Googe can still de-index them so having quality content pages is must.
