Whatever. The sun comes out for a little while in the morning, then it gets cloudy again. I rarely see the sun these days, and I need vitamin D.

same here honestly ☀️ feels like the sun just teases us for like an hour then bails lol

i started takin vitamin D supplements a few months back cuz of this exact problem, made a noticable difference in my energy tbh. def worth lookin into if u can't get real sunlight

random question but does anyone know if those SAD lamps actually work?? been seeing them everywhere and wondering if its worth the money or just a gimmick

this weather is really testing me rn
 
same here i choose rainy and cool weather any day. hot and humid weather just drains all my energy and makes everything feel harder. rain and cool air feels much more relaxing for me

Same here... nothing beats being cozy under blanket while watching rain outside.
