Jury convicts Duane Davis of first-degree murder for 1996 killing of Tupac Shakur

Former gang boss Duane "Keffe D" Davis has been found guilty of orchestrating the murder of Tupac Shakur - the first conviction in a cold case that has intrigued hip-hop fans for nearly 30 years.

The jury found Davis guilty of one count of murder with a deadly weapon for the rap superstar's death in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas on 7 September 1996.

Finally, waiting 30 years to hear Guilty. We knew his nephew did it but always thought he was involved. It's still a sad day, as it will never take back the bullet, but maybe 2Pac can now RIP.

I still feel a sense of regret whenever I think about it even now. I used to listen to 2Pac’s songs a lot.
