Hi, I used to dabble with SEO back in the early 2000s but haven't done much since. I'm assuming a lot still applies to chatgpt/claude/etc, but did find some research from last year indicating there was some heavier preference towards articles with citations, etc. It also seems like top google results (reddit and a lot of SEO spam) simply end up as the top results in LLM chats.
I have a ton of tabs open here to start researching, but was wondering if there are any more authoritative/sticky threads on this type with large articles I should be digging into first.
