Just wanted to update everyone. The delay in response was on my end. It took me a while to resolve some issues and complete the payment, and by the time I sent it, it was late at night in their time zone (they are ~11 hours ahead). They responded first thing the next morning and resolved the issue immediately. This was my mistake, and I can confirm they are honest sellers!
