Yeah, I’ve noticed the same. Meta seems to be much more aggressive with automated reviews lately. It would be interesting to see whether this is a temporary wave or part of a broader enforcement change.

I've encountered a similar situation, but it seems that verified Business Manager accounts can still function normally if you're advertising content that doesn't violate policies.
