best PPC for blog.... Adsense is low with ads bids

what is the best ppc network for blog based on wordpress? google adsense bids per ads click is very low.

Adsterra is paying $10 to $23 cpm on my blog and adsense is paying $0.13 cpm.

niche is sea. and traffic comes from bing. website in google sandbox for 2.5 months with traction coming in google search console for last 3 to 5 days.

Hi happyjoe382 If Adsterra is already giving you $10–$23 CPM, I’d keep testing it and compare net RPM rather than switching blindly. For a WordPress blog, also look at Mediavine Journey, Raptive, or Media.net if your traffic qualifies.
 
Yes Adsterra is paying on time as Net-15 payout... Today after dinner time I received payout from Adsterra into my Paypal.

Mediavine, media.net, adsense or raptive don't allow to run there ads besides Adsterra bcz it runs gambling and adware/malware ads on there network but it pays highest among the ad networks I tried. I also tried Hilltop ads with zero clicks on there ads and zero revenue.
 
tbh if you are trying to get out of the google sandbox you might want to get rid of adsterra soon. those sketchy redirects and adware ads will get your site flagged by google chrome or safe browsing pretty fast and ruin your seo before you even start getting search traffic.

I removed Adsterra from website and I applied for Adsense. Waiting for 23 to 28 days for outcome of website approval.
