Consistent as in them making content? or them making money?
Ill answer both anyway.
Making content - there's not much way they either want it or not from experience ill get bursts of them grinding hard then breaks which is fine, as long as theres already a bunch of content done if you rely on the clients too much then you cant call yourself a good agency. It also comes down to how much there earning if your client is making 500 bucks a week there not gonna gaf, if there making 10k a week there going to be much more focused and let them know hey if you dont lock in this is going to go down to 5k soon.
Then they either feel the pain of that and then lock back in or they stay locked in, regardless my agency doesnt rely on creators that much to do much besides having enough content in the vault and then the occasional custom or livestream.
Consistency with them earning - honestly its tough, you would think if you have a decent flow of subscribers and then lets say something goes wrong it would be fine but reality is it drops within a few weeks pretty quickly, in an ideal word you have perfect systems where the flow of subscribers is always coming in but every agency besides a small % knows the reality of this is its tough.
The idea of having a reddit instagram x tiktok strategy that's plug and play hire and scale sounds easy but it just never is hence why most agencies have a couple clients and not 50+ the best bet is to have chatters who understand how not to burn subscribers, and funneling between models so if a subscriber gets sick of client A for whatever reason he has Client B etc. Praying that each subscriber has a longer ltv even if its split between accounts.

5 as of now, through word of mouth (all of my aus clients) latam through mp, and yes have had a core team of chatters for close to 3 years

no such thing as a dumb question, if your building a site to get clients your probably wasting your time.
You can get clients from marketplaces being able to manage and run creators is 100000x more important then signing new ones
The only sites you should be building is for traffic and no i wouldnt say its too late, sex will always sell maybe OnlyFans and the traditional way of it now will change but it will always be here.
