Hi everyone,
Do you think reposts can significantly increase a video’s reach, or are likes and shares still more important?
Would love to hear your thoughts.

Yes, reposts can definitely help creators reach new audiences, especially when sheared by relevant users. but likes and shears still play a big role in engagement.

Shares are still way more important than reposts.

A share tells the algorithm your video is actually good, which pushes it out to a lot more people. Reposts are nice, but imo high shares matter more.
 
I don't think it'll be that important. You should have some if you're trying to replicate natural growth pattern but not that much. It should be less than shares for sure. It'll be this way on good real content.
 
I think reposts help with visibility, but shares and watch time still have a bigger impact overall.

Reposts can definitely give a video a second wave of reach, but likes and shares still matter for engagement. I would say the sweet spot is great content, repost and shares.
 
Sharing videos to reach new users is much more effective, but natural interaction is what keeps viewers engaged in the long run.

imo reposts will certainly work to get more exposure, especially if the individdual is a person who attracts followers. however i would not depend on the use of reposts only. shares, views nd engagement appear more relevant.
 
Yes in my opinion reposting method can significantly increase the video's engagement and reach. Likes can give you audience appreciation and comments can create helpful and strong discussion. Reposting or sharing can expand the reach of video and distribute the video beyond your existing audience. So repost can absolutely boost the reach.
 
Reposts can give a video a nice extra push, especially if they come from accounts with an active audience ı think they are more useful than people give them credit for
 
In my experience its better to focus on making content people naturally want to share and repost rather than chasing numbers

Yes , its bring more audience but try to make new videos also so you will be able to success and target audience accordingly.
 
Like & shares are important too though since they show genuine interest & can help increase overall engagement. I think reposts can definitely help extend a creator's reach especially when shared by users with an engaged audience.
 
A repost can give the video another chance to reach people who missed the original post, so it can be useful for increasing reach.
