New account? Any followers or you've already done a lot of DMs but present it as if TikTok hates only you for trying, lol.
More context the better.

i am not sure what you did with the account but purchasing diffrent IP address will be better for something like this

You need to warm the accounts up manually and slowly. How old is the account and how many DMs did you send approx. before the restrictions started?

TikTok DMs are super strict right now. New accounts can quickly get restricted for messaging. You gotta warm them up first. And avoid sending repetitive texts.

i would not try going around it as that would only serve to get their account flagged even further. i would start by checking their limittations on messages nd status on their account nd then back off from being so active for some time.

How many DMs are you sending on average per day?
I tried to send 1 message and got the restriction as tiktok say "this message may be violation of our community ..." and I can;t send message.
No advanced warmup and I tried users that I bought like 2 years old and some i create with gmail etc

the best strategy is to cool down, and warm up the accounts first. get more views and followers, then try again. if yuo keep pushing it you will get flagged and lose them

tik tok usually limits who can send messages to who, you can only send mesages to people who follow you. also if by any chance you are running multiple accounts on one IP address they can potentially be linked through TikTok detectoin.
best stratagey is by inviting audience to interact with you first, through comments or DMs.
Secondly, if you are sending the same message copy pasted, tik tok can also track that and could prevent you from sending multiple cold messages on your account.
Follower range also matters.

Getting that popup on your very first try usually happens when tiktok detects you are running multiple profiles from one phone or if you dropped handles like telegram in the text. Even aged bought accounts have basically zero trust score without a real phone attached and some normal use. Just leave them alone on clean proxies for a bit and warm them up before sending cold dms to people who dont follow you back
