Hello,

I upload around 3-4 videos per week on TikTok. They are unique, with own content. Most of them get between 50 and 100 likes and several comments, but no more than 800-900 views.

Is that a normal behaviour? I upload with UK VPN so that I can target more UK viewers.

Maybe the retention of your videos is not enough for your video to be promoted, also the percentage of users who choose to watch or not your video is important.

To reach uk fyp, match your device’s time zone, language, and sim to the uk, use uk voice/text in the first 3 seconds, and add strong early cta's to boost watch time.

You should increase the frequency of posting videos, 1 video per day or 1-2 videos per day for example. Also invest in content. I also make a tiktok channel and at first the videos had very few views, however upload videos regularly, improve the way of making videos and content, then there will be viral videos. Hope it helps

You shouldn't use VPNs for TikTok accounts. Get UK sim card and Mobile proxy for better results.
 
Hey guys, thanks for the advices!

I've tried using VPNs and Residential proxies as well, however the algorithm has already made some targeting and the audience is from whole Europe, which is fine for me.

800-900 views with that level of engagement may not be a problem. in fact it may just show that the platform has chosen to present ur videos to a sample group before widening their reach. u can check for any patterns in the videos that are being pushed based on average view time nd percenttage viewed.

See how much watch time your post has got. Lots of likes and limited views imply that people like the video, but does not finish watching it, which causes TT to stop showing it to more people.

It could just be a test run for the platform where they try ur videos on a smaller scale without going for mass expansion. Even if people likes and comment but there is no reach at all, then I would first look into the watch time and drop off before any thing else.
 
that could mean a few things, either your retention rate is not very good which prevents the algo from picking up your content for much longer. Secondly, your target audiance could be a little undefined or scattered, a more concise audiance makes it easier to predict from tiktok who to show this content to.
