Is there anyone here who posts in Facebook groups and has noticed that their posts, after a few minutes or hours, go back to pending admin approval? Have you managed to solve that issue somehow? Could it be triggered by the fact that the account is using a proxy, or is the problem something else?

fb’s system may reflag posts for review when it detects suspicious activity, especially if the account uses inconsistent proxies or devices. you should maintain stable login environments and post naturally to avoid triggering automated moderation.

It's because of the group settings, man.
Hey “man”, I don’t know why you’re acting smart when you’re not. I’m talking about groups where automatic post approval is enabled in the settings. The post gets published, then after half an hour it goes back to pending -so it’s not about the group settings.

I’m aware of this, and I use different private residential proxies for each account and run them through Multilogin, but the problem still occurs.

Facebook been slow with group approvals lately Sometimes it takes hours or even days depending on group activity

This forum has turned into complete garbage. I don’t understand why people feel the need to comment when they have absolutely no clue about the topic, even though I clearly asked that only those who actually know what it’s about should comment. I get that you’re trying to earn some points with every reply, but do you really have nothing better to do?

That’s right, it’s Facebook’s new auto moderation mechanism. If the system detects “unnatural” behavior — like posting the same content in multiple groups or using a strange proxy/IP — the post will be automatically put back on hold.

Build trust within each group: get genuine likes/comments 3-5 days before posting.

Reduce posting patterns: change captions, delay posting times, limit direct links.

In most cases, the problem isn't with the proxy server itself, but rather with trust signals or behavior related to moderation rules at the account or group level. If a post is pushed to a pending status after some interaction, it usually means Facebook or the group's automated moderation system flagged the content pattern, not the IP address.

There are some groups that frequently fall into the re-scanning category, the main reason being that their IP address is quite high. The initial identification system might let you through, but when the IP address is re-scanned and found on the blacklist, it can still bring you back for re-screening.

this has happened to me in cases where the automatic filltering system at facebook reviews the post that had already been approved.this is not always bcz of any proxy issues. such things as multiple URLs or the same wording of posts may send the posts back into pending. i would try some new posts without any links first.

There's a way to tell the two apart in one post. Put the same content into the same group from a second account, in the same time window. If that one stays up and yours goes back to the queue, the trigger sits with the account. If both go back, it's the group or the content, and no proxy change will move it.

Best,
Floqal

I had the exact same problem . After posting I thought it was up, but a few hours later I jumped back to wait for approval. I reduced the frequency n changed the content to reduce repetition, after a few days it was completely better. Is your account in all groups or just certain groups?

I am having the exact same issue and I initially suspected the proxy, but I am not sure. Has anyone actually fixed this or figured out what is causing it?
