Will buying backlinks actually increase my domain authority and help my site? I am competing with giants.

And does buying cheap general niche backlinks work better than super expensive niche ones?

Just trying not to waste my money. Im in the automotive niche.

Seo is not lots of backlink. Content quality, friendly based Url types are more important. Just focus on content quality.

They do but quality of the content matters the most. It's useless unless the content you're producing matters.

It definitely helps, but you really need to know what you're doing, otherwise, it's just a waste of time and money on something that will never yield results. As you mentioned, you're in a competitive niche, so I'd recommend first building authority by targeting low-competition keywords with decent search volume before going after the big fish.

If you did everything you need to already as far as optimizing, good product or content, etc. like you said you did, then good quality backlinks can help next, look at all the top sites backlink profiles, it is what they do. I would rather have 5 good ones than 500 cheap ones though. And you can always make them yourself. Finding them is always the hard part for me.

My answer - Quality niche-relevant links > cheap generic links, especially in a competitive niche like automotive.

No! Get relevant niche links and make sure the site has legit traffic.

Yeah backlinks will be the game changer especially since your competitors are giants already. Study what they are doing and see how much you can replicate. I wouldn't advise you to go for cheap options. Research valuable providers if you can't make some yourself. And don't go for so mony. Just a few high performance backlinks will get you inline.

Go for links which are relevant to your site. Also you can get some general niche sites but it should have good traffic and good indexing rate. Whatever you are buying you need to check the site and approve

Depends on the KWs you're trying to rank for
Every niche has a weak and super-competitive side

Buying bulk packages of cheap links is a waste of time in automotive, because throwing a pile of low quality links at a site will never beat established competitors. Most cheap offers out there come from general link farms that get virtually no real search traffic anyway. You will get way more traction paying for a couple of placements on active car blogs or parts suppliers where actual enthusiasts hang out. I would care much more about niche relevance and referral traffic than chasing DR or any other third party score.

DA can go up when you build backlinks, but I would not chase da alone.

In automotive, I would look at how relevant the site is, whether the link is from a real page people visit, and whether the referring site has real authority in the niche.

Cheap backlinks can increase your link count, but that doesn’t always mean they will help your rankings. Expensive links aren’t automatically better either.

I would focus on getting fewer links from relevant, trustworthy automotive sites rather than buying lots of cheap general links.

In my view, for the automobile industry, I will not use any cheap bulk link building services. It is better to have some gud placement from credible websites than hundred of irrelevant links.

Before buying any backlink, check if the site is actually getting traffic from Google. A high DR alone doesn’t mean the link will be useful.

buying Imo links can be productive, although quality is more important than quantity with regard to the source of these link. It may be best to think about traffic, relevance nd placement before purchasing anything.

I'd go for a few quality, relevant links over tons of cheap one. In automotive, relevance matters a lot more than just backlink numbers.

Yes it works as long as the site you're buying from is highly authoritative and relevant to your own site. Cheap general niche backlinks have little power, the more relevant Backlink and the more authoritative website you it from the better.
