Hi everyone,
My Facebook Business Manager just got restricted for no reason. I was running clean e-commerce ads.
What is the best way to appeal this restriction? Do I need to submit a real ID, or is there a trick to get it back fast? Thanks!

I would use the appeal procedure and i would also ensure that i give all the business information including the necessary documentation if required i would not try to take a shortcut as doing that could make the problem even more difficult.

Appeal is the fastest way to go about it just be honest and detailed about what went wrong with any information that matches your account details

Don't even think about using any trick, if that trick is discovered, it will take you a longer time to recover your MBM account. Follow the official appeal channel, provide the requested documents and finally, possess your soul in silence and wait for their review.

You should go to Account Quality to see the exact reason for the restriction, then submit an appeal directly by following Meta's instructions.

Filing a complaint is necessary; by providing the relevant documents and information, you can receive a response within 24 hours.

Facebook has indeed been taking action against BMs recently. However, if you’re running a legitimate e-commerce business as you mentioned, you should be able to resolve it by submitting an appeal yourself. Usually, it shouldn’t be a major issue.

no particularly good solution. try the official appeal first, and use real information if Meta asks for verification. Check Account Quality to see what caused the restriction and wait for their review...

To successfully appeal, you need to prepare relevant supporting documents and check which of your information is in violation and can be reasonably explained.

Always submit a clear real ID that matches the business details on the account shortcuts or altered docs will just trigger a permanent ban.

Try the appeal first, explain what your business does and provide the requested ID/docs. Usually thats the safest way.

I’d use the normal appeal and real details if Meta asks. Check Account Quality first and fix anything flagged before appealing.
