Curious what people are seeing in practice this year, not just theory. I've been running mostly CBO with a mix of images and video in the same adset, and results vary a lot week to week — hard to tell if that's the structure or just normal fluctuation.

For those running COD/dropshipping specifically:

CBO vs ABO — which one actually scales cleaner for you?
Images vs video vs mixing both in one ad — any clear winner, or does it depend on the product?
If you switched structures recently, did it actually move the needle or was it a wash?
Not looking for the "it depends" answer — genuinely curious what's holding up for people running real spend right now.

CBO has been easier to scale once I have a clear winner.

For creatives, video usually gets better initial results, but images can still work really well depending on the product. I’d test them separately first rather than mixing everything together.

I tested the same product with CBO and a mix of images and video, and CBO scaled noticeably better than ABO. Some weeks video won, then images suddenly performed much better, so I think creatives still matter more than the structure. I once switched from ABO to CBO and CPA dropped around 15 to 20 percent after a few days, but on another campaign it barely changed anything

For COD I’ve found CBO scales pretty well once you have a winning ad, but I prefer ABO for testing since it’s easier to control spend. I usually test images and video together. Some products have a clear winner, others don’t. Structure changes rarely make a huge difference compared to the offer and creative
