there is are several forums dedicated to iptv where you can find them. ASk for a trial and then buy credits.
honestly there is no such thing as a trusted supplier in this game... they all exit scam eventually or get shut down by authoritys. best bet is to find a few different ones on forums like techkings or digitalworldz, buy small test lines first and never stock up on too many credits at once. just keep your risk low and spread it across a couple of panels so you dont lose all your customers overnight if one goes down.

tbh the only real way to test them is during a major football match or ppv event... thats when the bad ones lag and freeze. also avoid anyone who pushes you to buy bulk credits right away, thats usually a red flag they are trying to cash out.
