You’ll want a factory that offers both OEM/private-label production and direct fulfillment. I’d specifically ask whether they can take your designs, produce the pieces, store inventory and ship individual Shopify orders directly to customers. Also compare sample quality, MOQ, production time and shipping cost before committing.

If delivery time is a big deal, I'd be a bit careful with the factory + ship direct model. It works for some brands, but once you get size issues, returns, QC problems... it gets messy fast. A lot of people end up doing production in China and then fulfillment through a 3PL closer to the main customer base, because shipping straight from China can kill the customer experience. For gym clothes especially, make sure they can keep fabric consistency and sizing tight, not just print a logo on it.
do you think how can i find them? since i'm not willing to move right now into china for this, the business still growing and it still not in the point where i will go with bulk ordering, i can go right now for 10K bulk orders, but i want to start slowely to build trust, what you can say about this
