I sell motorcycle parts online and getting good organic traction from US buyers. Want to scale with Facebook ads but not sure how the account setup works for sellers outside US. Specifically want to know if ad account location affects delivery quality to US audiences. And does Facebook charge differently based on where your billing is set up vs where you are targeting.
Anyone running a successful ecommerce store targeting US from outside US, what was your actual setup?

Account location doesn't really control delivery.Facebook mostly cares about audience, pixel data and performance. billing country just affects payment method and currency, targetting US works fine from outside US.

I’m running a similar setup from EU → US. Honestly, ad delivery mostly cares about audience and budget, not your billing country. Just make sure your pixel is set up right and payment method is legit. Some smaller things like auto currency conversion can tweak CPC a bit, but nothing game-breaking. Focus on creative + targeting, that’s what moves the needle.

I run something similar. FB doesn’t care much where your account is, as long as billing works. Delivery is mostly about audience & budget. Make sure your payment method is solid, keep targeting sharp, and don’t overthink the account location, it won’t tank your US reach.

You can absolutely target your desired customer audience, even if you're not in that country. Instead, focus your campaign on quality targeting with content, images, language, and attributes specific to that country. Ensure your payment processing knowledge is solid to avoid errors that could negatively impact your campaign.

I’ve run a shop based outside the US while targeting US customers; I simply set it up using my own business details and payment card. An account's location doesn't mean ads will perform poorly in the US. Ad costs depend on factors like the payment location, currency, and taxes.

Being outside the US is fine if you want to sell to US client. Keep your account and payment details correct and make sure your page ads and checkout are clear and work well. The US market can be targeted from other countries.

Ad account location isn’t what decides whether you can reach US buyers. Delivery is driven much more by your targeting, creative, offer, conversion data and landing page.

Billing country can affect currency, taxes and available payment methods, but it doesn’t give you some special US traffic advantage.
