Is it possible to grow fast on youtube without uploading shorts on the channel?

It is possible, but you have to have a good strategy. This is also different from person to person and niche to niche. Let's say something is popular but only a few or no YouTubers cover that. Suppose that's what your channel is about. You have a better chance of accelerating your channel's growth compared to someone who manages, say, a Pokemon channel, who faces a lot of competition. Of course, it also depends on content quality. If your videos are not entertaining or educational enough for viewers, or if they're poorly edited, that can affect your channel's growth.

How do you find out such niches?

You can grow quickly on YouTube without Shorts by covering trending topic, and evergreen content that entertain viewers.

Yes yes yes. Mind you, thumbnail and title plays a big role in that.

You can grow without shorts, but leveraging playlists and watch time becomes more important.

For my experience

Long videos are going to give you the 4000 hours
Shorts are going to give you the 1000 subs

10M views in shorts in 90 days is a nightmare and requires more than 10 good shorts uploaded every day: 15 (for getting 10 with good views) * 90 days = 1350 shorts that you have to upload

The million views gems are scarce don't dream about getting 10 in a row because with the last algorithm changes it's impossible

Yes, it's definitely possible to grow fast on YouTube without uploading Shorts, but it’s harder and takes more strategy, consistency, and quality content. Shorts can help you grow faster because they get pushed more by the algorithm, but many creators still grow rapidly with only long-form videos.

sure u can. i have seen channels scale up without ever tapping on shorts. as long as ur videos answer the viewers question or address topics being searched for by the audiience u can generate traffic through search, suggestions, and browse. it may not look as fast at first but the audience is the one that needs that kind of video content.

Yes, it’s completely possible. Start by analyzing successful competitors in your niche, study what topics, titles, and thumbnail styles are already getting views, and adapt those proven concepts for your own longform videos.

Yes, you can grow a YouTube channel without Shorts. Good videos, clear titles and most important is useful content can still bring viewers. Shorts are optional not required.

if a topic is popular but not many youtubers are covering it then you have a better chance to grow faster compared to something where the competition is already huge.of course content quality still matters a lot because if the videos are not useful entertaining or well edited then growth will be much harder.you need a good strategy and results can be very different depending on the person and niche.

Yes, you could grow without using Shorts long form videos can also create a loyal following via relevant topics good thumbnails titles etc Although shorts might help you to be discovered they are not the only way to grow.

Yes, it's possible. But you need to be good quality video content on your channel, clean titles, and attractive thumbnails. So that people are likely to engage with the video.

Exactly. Competition and niche demand make a big difference. Finding an underserved topic can help a channel grow faster, but content quality, consistency, and viewer engagement are still the biggest factors.
