One surprising niche is boring how to micro niches like appliance fixes or small home problems they get steady search traffic & convert well because the intent is high & competition is low

I’ve seen some small hobby niches become surprisingly profitable. The audience may be smaller, but they are usually more targeted.

Another area that caught me by surprise is boring niche service areas such as dumpster rentals, septic services and mobile detailing. Lack of competition in many areas, high ticket services and even just a few leads pr month can translate to gud money.
 
the coloring book niche is super huge, never expected so many guys buy these online.
 
Pet products surprised me; passionate buyers and recurring purchases made it consistently profitable.

One that intrigued me was the miniature do it urself repairs category. traffic was not heavy but those searching was mostly willing to pay so the conversion angle mades it vry attractive.
 
SaaS is very Profitable niche if you have good experience in SaaS and Crypto is a profitable niche. these 2 niches is smooth to earn money.
