They should focus on the reviews and if they are bad the business should focus on it and solve it to not get bad review in future aswell.Secondly they shouldn't leave thei business info half written in online platform as it makes the customer face difficulty while contacting them.

GBP posting.

It doesn't have any ranking factor. But people still do it.

Honestly stuffing keywords into the GBP business name is a massive trap. Yeah it might give a quick ranking boost but you eventually get suspended and its a nightmare to recover from.

choosing the wrong primary category on your business profile is a silent killer tbh. if you mess that up, no amount of citations or reviews is gonna help you rank for the right terms.

Good question, for me it’s probably ignoring review management would be the biggest one, getting reviews is only half of it and most business owners never respond to them. Google weighs review velocity and owner responses as trust signals.
